Aileen founded Landmark Pacific Properties in 2014 after almost a decade of helping countless clients in San Diego buy, sell, and finance their homes and building a fiercely loyal client base that prize her tireless work ethic, fierce dedication to her clients and ability to advise her clients whether they are buying their starter home, or growing into rental investors.

Early in her career she was selected to represent Chase Bank, US Bank, Wells Fargo, among others in the disposition of bank-owned properties throughout San Diego. Her strong negotiation skills and financial acumen made her an effective short-sale negotiator and advisor for her clients.
